NCC has reached its Threshold

At this time, we have reached our threshold for accepting applications for the Utility Assistance Program. We understand how important this assistance is; however, starting in June and July, the program will open on the third Wednesday of each month, while funds are available. Please check back during those intake periods.

During these intake periods, MLGW applications can only be accessed through our website. Due to high call volume, we will not be able to respond to phone calls regarding MLGW applications.

Please note if the form is not available below, we have met our threshold at this time. If you are a Prepay or PowerPay customer, you do not qualify for this program.
